Website was very intuitive, excellent description of the bag(although i'm confused as to what a couple smaller pockets on the skate pouches are for). Great shipping/delivery time. All of my gear fits without issue, and it's much less cumbersome than a full sized adult bag i've been using for years. the backpack straps and bottle pocket are excellent features.
