Shipping policy

Pacific Rink is proud to provide free shipping to customers in the Contiguous 48 States with a $49 minimum order before taxes or other associated costs and after discounts. 

For our Canadian customers, it is $149 USD minimum purchase in zone A to qualify for free shipping.  In some parts of Canada, otherwise classified as zone B, there will be discounted shipping cost or alternative shipping options given. All international customers outside of Canada receive a discounted shipping cost.  Duties and taxes for International customers outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer unless we collect it in advance.

IMPORTANT: If you choose Express Shipping, these fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the package has shipped.

Please NOTE: For All PO boxes, there maybe a surcharge and customer may have to pay duties/taxes directly to the carrier due to limitations on shipper surcharges and/or USPS/Canadian Post not collecting in advance.  In these cases, these are value added services and Pacific Rink will not cover these additional expenses.

Whenever possible, for your safety and security, please have your package sent to a business address or provide a street address if possible in lieu of a PO Box to avoid this possible surcharge.  Additionally, please NOTE that choosing Priority Mail from the USPS is NOT a guaranteed shipping time.  Although USPS quotes a time thru our direct connect, this is an estimated time once it leaves our warehouse but is in no way a guaranteed or warranty delivery time.  Please choose FedEx Express for more specific guaranteed delivery.  Due to COVID, delivery times can vary by one to two business days.  We do our best to get all orders out on the same business day (Monday - Friday) for orders received by 9am PST.  However, please allow up to 24-48 business hours for all in-stock items to ship before receiving a tracking number.
