Pacific Rink stands behind its bags and warrants it against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under the following terms:

In most cases, the bags interior parts should be repairable. If you have an issue with the bag at anytime, even if it is not a warranty repair, please do not hesitate to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org.

PACIFIC RINK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT OUR OPTION, ANY HOCKEY BAG PRODUCT DETERMINED TO BE DEFECTIVE. PACIFIC RINK WILL WARRANT PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED, PROVIDED THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED AT ITS FACTORY OR AT AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER, IF APPLICABLE. IF, IN PACIFIC RINK'S DETERMINATION, PRODUCT FAILURE IS DUE TO ACCIDENT, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABNORMAL OR MISUSE OR WHICH IS PROVEN NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE, THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY . THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON PACIFIC RINK'S PART. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO GIVE AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF PACIFIC RINK PRODUCTS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PROFESSIONAL, TEAM, UNIVERSITY, ORGANIZATION, OR COLLEGE TEAM SALES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
