Returns

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]

[NOTE: No international returns (outside the United States) will be accepted].

All clearance and sale items are final! To process a return or exchange, please scroll to the bottom of the front page and please click returns/exchange link.  You can process your return/exchange there.

All return requests should be received within 15 days of receipt.  All orders between Nov 1st and Dec 15th of each year will automatically extend the 15 day return policy through Dec 31st so no need to email customer service in this instance. If you return or exchange is outside this return window, please email customer service at cs@pacificrink.com prior to shipping anything back.

All Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items purchased at pacificrink.com can be returned.  Bags and apparel returned with animal hair will be subject to cleaning fee or possible rejection of your return.  Also, ordering multiple colors of the same bag to try out different colors are subject to a restock fee as well as shipping cost reimbursement to Pacific Rink.

PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards, health and personal care items, once purchased, are non-refundable. Customers maybe responsible for shipping items back to Pacific Rink.

You can process the return/exchange on our front page under Returns / Exchanges or you can mail it back to Pacific Rink RMA#, 407 N. PCH Ste 1102, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. Please include a note indicating if this is a return or exchange. Please obtain an RMA number prior to the return or exchange.  Please note that all orders placed online and returned without a defect could be subject to a deduction of all costs associated with the shipment.  Pacific Rink reserves the right to not cover the cost of return shipping at its sole discretion.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a email will be sent and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3 - 5 business days.  Returns are usually processed within 72 business hours of receipt in our warehouse, are subject to 3rd party inspection but shall be completed within 7 business days following receipt.

After the allowed time, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@pacificrink.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
